Yep, theirs another new diet on the block. The Keto Diet. What’s it about, what foods do I have to avoid? Those are the questions I always ask myself when I hear about a new diet.

There you have it! A general list of foods you can and cannot have while participating in the Keto Diet. A brief overview of the diet is:

No Sweets/Sugar.
